 “After I received two vastly different quotes, by text, for repair damage to the 20 year old oak flooring in our hallway, which included sanding and retreating, I contacted Floor Science. Sean, the proprietor, took the trouble to make an appointment to visit and assess the damage. He spent nearly half an hour with us and, after careful examination, including getting down and crawling on the floor, Sean carefully explained that in his professional opinion, the scoring was not deep enough to warrant sanding, and that treatment with a specialist floor polish would disguise the marking.
